Being a lindy hopper your vintage clothing can get quite a work out but also there are good vintage and bad vintage (eg. wearing a 100% 40's wool dress in a perth summer because it has dainty "summery" embroydery) so hear are some outfits that are made for dancing

I have been thinking of a new hair cut for a wile now but I have a problem! Even though I'm 23 I still get chatted up by high school guys who mistake me for a 15yr old, so I have to have a haircut that makes me look older but still cute. These are a few of my top ideas:
A fringe- sexy and mysterious
pro- will cover up my greasy forehead and any pimples that I have
con- it is a hot hair trend at the moment so lots of young girls have it
pro- will save on having to brush all my hair when I'm in a hurry and want to look presentable
con- it will get annoying when it gets too long and hangs in my eyes
A classic bob- sleek and cute
pro- it's neat and tidy
con- always needing trimming
pro- is short enough to keep it off my shoulders but still long enough to be pulled back into a pony tail
con- too short for victory roles
A gamine/pixie cut- short and sweat
pro- easy as pie to look after and style
con- will make me look like a small boy
pro- i love having short hair
con- my man will hate it
I will post a photo when I make up my mind

For my Birthday
I was always obsessed with barbie as a little girl and as I grew up I found the original 1959 doll to be absolute vintage heaven so when I saw that Mattel had re-released the vintage dolls as part of the 50 year anniversary I had to get my hands on one. So for my birthday my grandparents got me one. How she is so lovely.
