recent vegetarian cooking experiments

Crust-less Veggie Quiche (capsicum, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini)   
Mixed salad with pickled beetroot 


 


 Quick Veg Soup
frozen soup stock veg starter 
frozen veg in water to make stock
 grated carrot and pumpkin with veg stock

    I hate pastry so the crustless veggie quiche looks lovely!
